She helps her patients discover underlying causes of their pain and conditions, while using the most recent evidence based practice in order to address whole body mechanical and neurological causes of pain and dysfunction. She believes that doing so will ultimately result in the most successful and permanent changes for her patients.
Krystal coached gymnastics for over 10 years, with more than half of her time being spent coaching competitive team. Her background in both gymnastics and physical therapy gives her the upper hand when dealing with athletes. When she is not in the clinic, Krystal enjoys traveling, golfing, playing tennis, coaching gymnastics and exploring all of the outdoor amenities, restaurants and activities the Treasure Valley has to offer.
